About Us

My name is Will Austin and I started up the this milk round on January 9th 2006. On my first day out I delivered to just 45 customers which has steadily grown to 500 customers in five years. I think this is mainly due to providing good quality products and a reliable and honest service.

My aim is to continue to expand the business while still providing an excellent service. I deliver Marybelle milk (which is locally produced in Walpole) and also Dairy Crest milk in glass bottles. I try to use as many local products where I can, for example, milk comes from Marybelle (1 mile from Halesworth) my eggs come from Cratfield (three miles from Halesworth) Pesto and hummus products come from Snape (8 miles from Halesworth) Suffolk Apple Juice comes from Holton Orchards (1 mile from Halesworth) All meats come from Clarkes of Bramfield (3 miles from Halesworth)Uncut bread from Farmhouse Bakery (8 miles from Halesworth) Rapeseed Oil from Hillfarm Oils Heveningham (2 miles from Halesworth). I do try to support local businesses.

Any business is only successful by the volume of customers it has, no customers = no business, so I look after my customers and make sure that they receive what they have ordered, and that they have regular bills. Customers can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly (every 4 weeks), by cash, cheque, Bacs, Pay Pal or by using Milk Tokens.
